[The feed is moving through the part of the city nearest the fountain. It turns slowly this way and that, showing tat many of the stores have been decorated with various Halloween-themed things, as have several trees and streetlamps.
Apparently someone's in good spirits and wants to cheer people up.]
((ooc: Cessey's been walking around decorating places of business recently. If you like her to have, she decorated your shops too. Or she can have and they can be taken down because they're not wanted.))
